Jen Perri

Jen is an expert in brand integration, audience development, and influencer management.

​

Since 2010, Jen has developed influencer networks and social media strategy for several media brands including Seventeen Magazine (Hearst), Tastemade, Nickelodeon (Paramount Global), and most recently, as Creator Network  Vice President at Univision Televisa.  Jen also has influencer marketing agency experience as Creator Partnerships Senior Vice President at Influential.

In her role at Univision Televisa, Jen led cross platform integration of influencers and facilitated multi platform influencer campaigns for brands including McDonald'sCoca Cola,T-Mobile, Target and Universal that live on the Univision digital as well as linear platforms including Despierta America, Premios Lo Nuestro, Nuestra Belleza Latina and TUDN.

Prior to 2010, Jen served as Production Manager, Associate Producer and Digital Producer for 4 seasons of the Emmy nominated and Peabody award winning documentary series, Vanguard on Current TV.  Jen coordinated the sourcing and acquisition of hundreds of short form content for air. In 2007, Current TV won the first Emmy award for Best Interactive Television Series at the Primetime Emmy Awards

 

Jen has a B.A. degree from the University of San Francisco in Communication studies and also held a year long internship at ABC7 (Disney). She was born in San Francisco and raised in the heart of Silicon Valley. She currently resides in Los Angeles.

Megan Niquette

Megan has expertise with creator partnerships, social media platforms and influencer agencies.

Megan brings extensive and varied expertise in the influencer space to PM Management, having worked with creators on behalf of brands, agencies, and platforms over the past 9+ years. She has strategized and executed influencer-driven marketing campaigns with brands including Hilton, Amazon, Macy's, and many other Fortune 500 companies.

​

As part of the US team at Bytedance during the rebrand of Musical.ly to TikTok in 2018, Megan worked to support the growth of many of today's top TikTok creators. Following that, during her time at IPSY, Megan managed partnerships with influencers on behalf of hundreds of beauty brands. Most recently she led the creator partnerships team at Influential, a top influencer marketing agency. 

A values-driven professional, Megan emphasizes the importance of diverse and inclusive representation in social media advertising. She considers personal brand management and strategy to be a top priority for the creators she works with and encourages them to select partnerships that are aligned with their personal ethics. She describes her approach to partnerships in the creator space as a mix of art and science and equally enjoys the opportunity to brainstorm a creative concept or dig through data to identify trends.

 

Megan has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Cinematic Arts from the University of Southern California. She is originally from San Diego and now lives in Los Angeles with her dog O'Malley
